“Anto Pizza & Pasta offers a delightful combination of creative dishes, comforting vibes, and exceptional service, making it a must-visit spot for anyone craving delicious Italian food”
Came a couple of days ago… Kinda overpriced. Sausage was good. Plain cheese was fine, not top tier.

This was delicious, the pasta was tasty, everything was well seasoned even though parts of the focaccia burnt up a bit. I think it's a little overpriced if you just order pasta, sharing a pizza might be the best choice pricewise but it's a good solid choice.

“When it comes to neighbourhood restaurants, and if you follow my other reviews - you know that I...”
When it comes to neighbourhood restaurants, and if you follow my other reviews - you know that I love finding the mom-&-pop joints. And this is one of my go-to places whenever I am up in Rogers Park! Anto Pizza and Pasta was put on my radar for their pasta in a cone. A nod to Italian grab-&-go pasta joints. What is great about Anto is that you can definitely get their pasta in a cone or on a plate. I tend to go with a plate option and don't want to eat out of a cone when dining in. But hey - it's a great presentation of your main if that is what you're into. I also always get their fried calamari. It's always perfectly lightly fried - which makes them the perfect crispy thanks to their batter while staying tender to eat. If you have room, they have some lovely typical Italian and Italian American desserts. But I'm usually too full from dinner. If you're in Rogers Park and like a solid Italian American restaurant that won't break the bank, come to Anto. Some tips I suggest: - space is very limited. So don't come with a big group. Best time of year to come is in the warm months because they have the outside patio al fresco dining that is delightful to people watch at. - place is BYOB. So bring your own. Which I recommend going just a block away to the cute wine tasting bar (called Taste Food & Wine) and grabbing a wine from their sommelier and let them know you're coming to Anto and they'll help you pick out a great bottle to take back to this place for your meal! - parking is extremely limited even for street parking. Fortunately they are right next door to the Jarvis redline stop!

“I loveeeee this place!!”
I loveeeee this place!!! I think it's one of the best Italian food places in Chicago, on par with eating a dish in Italy. The people who work there, including the owner, are very friendly and attentive. If you want to eat something delicious at a reasonable price, this is the place.

“Absolutely outstanding.”
Absolutely outstanding! Anto Pizza & Pasta has quickly become my favorite Italian spot in Chicago. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I loved their crispy, golden Italian fries, the delicate and perfectly seasoned Capellini Bella Napoli, and the rich, comforting Pappardelle — each dish felt like a warm hug from Italy. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting, with a friendly neighborhood feel, and the seating options — both indoors and on the charming covered patio — make it perfect year-round. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. They also do a fantastic job accommodating dietary preferences, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options (like their vegan pasta and pizzas) and even gluten-free crust available. Highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic Italian with a creative twist!

This has been my third time coming to this place and it doesn't disappoint me. The Margarita pizza is amazing, just ask for a side of balsamic and is better. The Arancini's amazing!!! And let's not forget the garlic cheesy bread focaccia.... Hands down I recommend Anto Pizza!!!

“Hello there, Dom here your local Chicago guide, just visited Anto Pizza & Pasta after an hour and half drive.”
Hello there, Dom here your local Chicago guide, just visited Anto Pizza & Pasta after an hour and half drive! This place is amazing, love the pastas here, I can say some of the best I have had in the Chicago land area, I usually have critiques and comments about most foods and ingredients but this place gets the quality the texture and taste the right way! My server was awesome, she was very nice and helpful and positive! I would recommend for more than one person to come and get multiple different pastas to try them out, I will definitely try a different pasta the next time I am here. I just wish that a location can be open in the Suburbs closer to oakbrook, a hidden gem like this would crush most oakbrook restaurants, people there love social media and reviewing places like this with the cone presentation there would be no need for any marketing. Overall great job, phenomenal pasta, will be back soon for more!

10/10 Anto’s was a last minute decision on my way home from Chicago to the Upper Peninsula and will now be my stop every visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, our waiter was extremely kind and helpful, bring water after water as we chatted and drank. We ordered 3 different dishes and all were delicious, from the ricotta cheese to the fresh basil, every bite got better!

“We had a great experience at Anto Pizza.”
We had a great experience at Anto Pizza! The Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful, with a generous sprinkle of delicious Parmesan cheese. The fries were perfectly seasoned — a great blend of truffle oil, salt, and spices that made them addictive. We tried the zucchini and ricotta pizza on the thicker focaccia-style crust, and it was a standout. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the ricotta was light, smooth, and creamy. We finished with the house-made tiramisu, which was incredibly fluffy and light — the perfect end to the meal. Everything was well-balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We loved it and would definitely come back!
