“This is hands down my absolute favorite restaurant in the entire area! The secret to their incredible success is Chef Pramod—his talent and execution are unmatched. The Indian fusion menu is brilliant from start to finish. You absolutely must try their fusion drinks; my personal favorites are the Mango Mastani, the Paan drink, and the Guava Rum Punch. For food, start with the Bao (both the paneer and fried chicken options are incredible) and the Street Noodles. For the main course, their Thali is a must-try, offering a perfect variety, and you cannot leave without ordering the Lamb Biryani—the baby goat meat is unbelievably tender and packed with flavor. Save room for dessert! The Sticky Date Pudding with ice cream is phenomenal, and their Mango and Pistachio Kulfis are the perfect authentic finish. Every single dish is a hit. Highly, highly recommended!”

“We got bhel puri with sev garnish, Indian fusion steamed bao buns, garlic naan with fresh cilantro, paneer butter masala curry, bowl of steamed basmati rice, Indo Chinese chilli chicken appetizer, and uttapam with chutney and dip. I also got Hakka noodles. They were all soo good especially the Hakka noodles. The staff were nice. I recommend this place for people that love Indian food. Their menu is fully online so you can order online at the seat and they will bring the food to you.”

“Nice experience of traditional and fusion Indian food. Avocado bhel, mushroom haleem arancini and jackfruit biryani stood out for their excellent taste. Nice place to sit, catch up with friends and eat the great food.”

“The food was very hot, fresh, and it was best butter chicken I have ever eaten! Don't get me started on the garlic naan and the veggie pakora! It was extremely delicious! 😋”

“Sai is a great server - the food is so fresh - I love the vibes. My new go to restaurant. They also have a musician who comes in and plays live music. ✨”

“Amazing experience at Tapri Restaurant! I tried the Mushroom Haleem and the Tacos, and both were absolutely delicious. The haleem was rich, creamy, and full of deep flavors — a unique and comforting twist that I didn’t expect to love this much. The tacos were fresh, perfectly balanced, and packed with vibrant toppings that made every bite burst with taste. Beautiful presentation, great quality ingredients, and warm, friendly service made the whole experience even better. Tapri truly knows how to blend creativity with authentic flavors. Highly recommend — can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!”

“This is best option for pani puri and taco 🌮. Must try both here . Absolutely delicious and yummy test . As well as try panner curry. This is best option for all chats lover . Absolutely you guys enjoying.🤙😍”

“Very humble owner! Great food and pretty convinient for students too! Pocket friendly restaurant with very good taste!”

“Tapri — Casual Dining with Thoughtful Indian Fusion Tapri offers a relaxed, café-style dining experience rather than a traditional fine-dining setup, with casual seating and an easygoing atmosphere. What stands out immediately is the expansive vegetarian menu, centered on Indian fusion and creative reinterpretations of familiar flavors. While the setting is informal, many of the dishes feel thoughtfully curated—almost as if they belong in a fine-dining context, presented in a more approachable, everyday format. We tried the Paneer Bao, Salli Idli, Mushroom Haleem Arancini, Hakka Noodles, and Sticky Date Pudding. Among these, the Mushroom Haleem Arancini and Sticky Date Pudding were clear standouts. The arancini was perfectly spiced and crisp, served atop a warm, rich, and indulgent mushroom haleem—an unexpectedly successful vegetarian take on a dish traditionally associated with meat. It was creative, comforting, and genuinely memorable. The Sticky Date Pudding was equally satisfying and a strong finish to the meal. Another highlight is the value. Tapri is impressively budget-friendly, especially considering the level of creativity and execution on the plate. It’s surprising that the restaurant isn’t discussed more widely, as it is one of the few places confidently showcasing innovative Indian fusion while keeping it accessible and affordable. Tapri strikes a rare balance—casual, creative, and reasonably priced—and is well worth seeking out for anyone interested in vegetarian Indian fusion done right.”

“Ambience, and service was good. Mixed reactions for food (4 stars) - seekh kebabs were undercooked and they couldn't get that right even after sending it back. Biryani was ok too. Pani puri was perfect. Noodles, samosa chat, baos and the chettinad curry were nice. It's not your typical Indian restaurant, the menu is different, so for a first time visit, it was a great experience.”

“Top of the line, I didn’t expect the food quality to be such amazing, the entire menu was very well crafted and loved the taste of food. If you ask for extra spicy it will teleport you to India because the extra spice is typically Indian spicy. Recommend to try Hakka Noodles and Bao Taco’s.”

“A friend lured me here with photos of bao "tacos" filled with paneer, but once I was here I was overwhelmed by the unique and delicious-looking choices. My dinner was well-prepared in a chic and warm atmosphere, and the prices were very reasonable. I'd highly recommend a meal here and look forward to coming back. I settled on the Mushroom Haleem-Kichdi Arancini... the dumplings were crispy outside with a mochi-like texture inside, and the haleem was rich and savory. Halfway through, I decided to get some garlic naan to spread it on. But the naan was TOO GOOD to use as a vehicle, so light and fragrant I just ate it on its own. The Asian cabbage salad with chicken tikka was crisp and refreshing, with tender and juicy meat, but next time I'd ask for it without cheese. All the cocktails sounded intriguing and I regret not ordering one... but all the more reason to go back!”
