“I was very impressed with this restaurant. The ambiance is beautiful, with an elegant royal vibe that makes the dining experience feel special. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered Chicken 65 as a starter and biryani for takeout, and both were flavorful and perfectly prepared. They even provided plates and spoons with our takeaway order, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting again. We had amazing drive back to Indianapolis with yummy food. This restaurant is very close to ohare airport.”

“Absolutely amazing staff! Our waiter helped recommend items we never tried before and we ended up loving it! In fact, we recommended the place to others too! The chicken and shrimp items we ordered were tender and flavorful. The pictures outside were so nice and felt good to be dressed up with. We had a reservation in advance and it made the whole process easier! Would definitely recommend for special occasions and even a nice night out! Parking might be an issue over busy days as there are limited spots!”

“We’ve been dying to try local Indian and was pointed to Mantras direction. We walked in no reservation on Saturday probably around 6 and were seated promptly I would say this may not be the case all the time as I see this place getting busy. The house chips were delicious and paired with a Raita and plum sauce both delicious and good snack to eat while we waited and admired the interior space and decoration. The menu is pretty large and we ordered the tikka variety plate rice and some rosemary garlic naan. All delicious! I had an ice tea that was rich and tasty, and my gf ordered cucumber collins which she loved. My only gripe is that there is no smaller portion or choose your platter plates. You can run a large bill ordering a few things, but the place is geared to serve large parties. They did give us a complimentary mango brûlée that was so yummy. Despite not having small dishes, we’re already planning a second trip to try more. Service was excellent and with intent, money well spent!”

“A hidden gem of a restaurant in Schiller Park. The location is nice and the service is attentive and respectful. Most of the items we had were tasty as expected. The portions are a good size and you get a decent value for the price of the items. Would recommend for someone looking for North Indian / Punjabi dishes in a fine dining setting.”

“We had a really nice experience here. Even though it was very busy, the service was excellent and the staff was quick and friendly. All the main dishes come with a side of rice, which makes the meal very filling. What we tried: 😍Dahi Bhalla – Very soft and fresh with sweet yogurt and tasty chutneys. Perfect balance of flavors. 🐔Bhuna Chicken – Full of flavor and nicely cooked. The gravy was rich and went really well with the rice. Just loved it. 🩷Mangalorean Paneer – The highlight of the meal! Creamy, coastal-spiced gravy with fresh, tender paneer that absorbed all the flavors wonderfully. The restaurant gets quite busy, especially on weekends, so we recommend making a reservation in advance. Highly recommend! 🌟”

“This place hits 10/10 every time! Started with a jalapeño margarita then got the butter chicken and tikka masala, garlic naan, biryani, samosas, iced mango and chocolate desert amongst family and all were fantastic. The star of the show however, is the Adraki Chaamp grilled lamb chops 🔥 my absolute favorite and I’m very selective with lamb cuz it usually tastes gamey. The staff is superb and ambience is especially great if you sit in the back but anywhere is fine. Desert pictured was a new item and not sure of the name but a must try.”

“Our first time at Mantra and very close to O’Hare. Excellent service and the servers are very accommodating. Everything is freshly cooked. The ambiance is very relaxing and well maintained and their display of arts. The food was amazing too and delicious. It was just us two and the quantity of food is plenty. Highly recommend to try if you are in the area. Was a busy night and we got seated but would advise making reservations!”

“Great ambience. Very decent food. We ordered Keravali Prawns, chicken 65, tandoori platter, Kadai chicken and garlic naan. Food was pretty tasty. Only thing the wine was hot 😉. Ambience was really good and creates a nice feeling”

“Excellent food, atmosphere and service. Manas was our server. Very attentive!!!! Chef came around and made sure our food was made to our liking. Even the Restaurant manager made rounds to ensure everyone was happy. We love this place and will come back. Mocktails were great, mango lassi, pakora, curries, fried bhindi/okra, daal, rice, naan and falooda.”
