“We brought a group of friends here after hanging out on a Saturday night, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! One of the best things about Hiromi’s Oriental Restaurant is that they’re open until midnight, making it a great spot for late-night cravings. Even better, they have karaoke—which was a huge plus since our group loves to sing! The only funny downside is that it’s $0.50 per song, so be prepared if you’re planning a mini concert. 😄🎤 As for the food, everything we ordered was delicious and arrived fresh and flavorful. The highlight of the night was definitely the Sinigang. We tried both the Pork Sinigang and the Salmon Sinigang, and both were outstanding. The broth had the perfect balance of sourness and savory flavor, making it incredibly comforting. Every dish complemented our karaoke session and made the evening even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy good food, sing your heart out with friends, and have a fun late-night hangout, Hiromi’s Oriental Restaurant is definitely worth checking out. We’ll definitely be back for another round of food and karaoke!”

“Happy New Year, Hiromi’s family! My friend and I were looking for a restaurant that was still open around 9–10pm. It was our first time visiting, and somehow we ended up having so much fun — it felt like we had all known each other before. The food was great! We had udon, fried shrimp, and unagidon (I think). The best part was that we were invited to join the singing with some of the people who had already been there. We thought, “Why not?” My friend kind of led the vibe, and it ended up feeling like we were part of a little concert at the restaurant. I had always wanted to stop by Hiromi’s, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable nights I’ve ever had. I’ve always wanted to experience this kind of warmth at a neighborhood restaurant. Thank you to everyone in the photo for sharing such a warm welcome, it was truly one of the happiest experiences :)”

“Was just here the 5.31.18 Come here often for my dad. Have brought friends over the years. Cool spot for karaoke and Filipino food. Love me some Sinagong! My dad loves the Fried rice. I once ordered ahead so food would be ready for a quick pick up and they sent me a text it was ready before i got there!”

“Tried this spot and the Filipino food is okay as well as the sashimi but honestly I don’t like the ambience. It’s dark and tables look grubby. I can see it being popular with the karaoke crowd but it’s not for me.”
“This is hands down the BEST and most authentic Filipino food in Chicago! Every bite of their sinigang, pork adobo, and the popular garlic fried rice makes me suddenly forget what homesick feels like. I get food from them almost every single week and I’ll never get tired of it. Not only is the food incredible, but the customer service is also top tier. They make me feel at home! :)”
“Came here for a friend's birthday and had a great time! The staff was super accommodating and helpful, our group had a great time! The food was really good and the karaoke was super fun. And it's BYOB! Would definitely come back!”
“Plain ole fashioned delicious food. No frills or gimmicks. One of the best take out experiences I’ve had in Chicago”
“the sinigang was one of the BEST i’ve ever had. the first bite i took into it immediately had me wanting more. it’s very delicious and reminds me of home. the portion is nicely sized for the price. it’s so worth it. the delivery was seamless, and it was wrapped in foil and came hot and ready. so happy i found my new spot for sinigang!thank you!!”
“I ordered food and it was the best Filipino food I’ve had in awhile! Generous portions and food was nice and hot when it was delivered 👍I will definitely be ordering from here again and more often😉”
