Quickly becoming my favorite hangout. ♥️ I don’t know if I wanna share it with y’all but here goes…. It’s kinda hidden. My friend stays next door at the Hilton Inn when he’s in town and we meet here for drinks. Last night we had food and it was very good. I loveeee the atmosphere! It’s high above the city so the views are sick! Sexy decor. Tim is the best bartender! Takes great care with a warm smile. Get the popcorn shrimp. I would never thought to order my he ordered and it was perfect. Great cocktails. Enjoy!

Upon arriving, my visit started off a little sketchy, but the manager Chris took very good care of myself my sister and my niece as we were there celebrating my sister‘s birthday. I was very thrilled with the professionalism and patience that Chris gave to my family. He is definitely hospitality oriented. I will definitely be back to this location. Amazing dinner at the VU Rooftop Bar in Chicago, IL! Located in just 3 minutes from our hotel in the South Loop area. The views are breathtaking! We ordered the Curry green mussels, pan fried sea bass, and strawberry shortcake trifle! So freaking good! And the drinks were delicious! I highly recommend the Ma-sa-rap.

“We went for Sunday brunch and loved it.”

We went for Sunday brunch and loved it! The manager came over to our table to check on how we enjoyed the food and invited us back to see fireworks. He was so nice and encouraged us to walk around the restaurant to see the city view. When we were leaving the hostess remembered we were visiting from IN and said to have a safe drive. Everyone was just so nice. We ordered the breakfast burger and waffle and chicken. I recommend both! We will definitely be back!

I was scanned (with a metal detector) before entering the elevator. I was sure if that should've made me feel safe because they check it nervous because they need to 😬. I had reservations so we didn't have to wait. The appetizers were really tasty (except I wouldn't pay extra for those fries). The food was good. My friend ordered something the server nor bartender recognized ( I think a dark and stormy) so that drink didn't meet her standards but everything else was good. They also have a pretty nice view.

OMG! I celebrated my 30th birthday, at Vu yesterday. It was the best experience i had so far. From the service to the ambiance and food. The view was breathtaking, perfect for a photo opp. The staff was very friendly and interactive. They paid special attention to details, such as allergies, food preferences, etc. The coctail and the food recommendations were on point. Everyone in my party was happy with both their drinks and food. Special thank you to Gabriel and Bobby Glover for this fantastic experience.

Very spacious and beautiful terrace with city views. We got to go during their September Sounds Summer Brunch Series and got to enjoy a live DJ and good food. They have a delicious drink menu and sharable food/drink options for large parties. Many brunch places are typically too loud where you can’t hear each other, but I appreciate that it’s spacious enough to still hear and enjoy your party. The shrimp tostadas and chicken and waffles were some of our favorites. Also, love the elevated yet laid back atmosphere. Overall, it was a great expereince.
