This spot rules. It is part of my regular Pilsen rotation. My favorites on the menu include the pozole, Mexi burger, chilaquiles, carne asada fries, and tacos de cárnicas. Don't skip a drink here, I love ordering the matcha horchata, but the dirty horchata is amazing too. I have never had a miss at this restaurant. We bring friends and family from out of town here every time. The service here is quick and friendly.

So geeked to see a vegan Mexican restaurant being a pescatarian!! My first time here and I would like to thanks to one of the lady host that help me! I went with one of her food suggestion. I went with one of her favorites the pambazo/torta with added soy chorizo and I tried the strawberry dragonfruit horchata no picture of that but it was delicious. When I tell y’all this sandwich was 🔥🔥 if I lived in Chicago I would be a regular customer.

“The food was absolutely delicious.”

The food was absolutely delicious! The chilaquiles torta was filling, and the fries appetizer came in a very generous portion. To my surprise, the matcha horchata was delicious the combination of the matcha and horchata pairs well together. The service was very friendly, and while the place is small, it's still great for groups of 3 or more. I would definitely recommend this spot. Their menu offers a wide variety of vegan items, all of which sounded so good that it was hard to choose what to try. I can’t wait to come back with family and friends!

We live Penelope’s Vegan Taqueria, today my wife and I visited this new location. The service was great, food was good, I had the Chilaquiles, they might have been on the dry side but still tasty. This is their smallest location, but still delivers a nice dinning experience.

“Absolutely wowed by the food here.”

Absolutely wowed by the food here! I started with the traditional taco al pastor—it was bursting with flavor. Then I had the pambazo, a torta-style sandwich filled with soy meat, and it was incredible. The taste was spot-on, capturing the authentic essence of traditional Mexican cuisine. They’ve truly honored the original flavors. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Everything I’ve had here has been delicious! This was my first time at this location but I’ve been to the other two and everything has been pretty consistent. The portion sizes are appropriate for the price and the flavor is on point! Cute atmosphere and convenient location. Will be back!
