“My family and I came in last week for dinner. We love Indian food although my wife and kid can’t do spicy food. At first glance inside I didn’t like the small ordering window and layout, but the staff were so nice that it didn’t matter. We ended up ordering some good plates. I loved the palak paneer, garlic naan, and my palak lamb. We actually ended up with a rather spicy dish and the staff were very thoughtful in giving us some changes so our kid could eat her palak paneer. The quality is pretty high and the cost was fair. If you want Indian and you are around this Indian spot deserves a visit.”

“I’ve been to a lot of Pakistani restaurants in Chicago, but this one genuinely hits different. The moment you walk in, it already feels warm and familiar like you’re being invited into someone’s home LITERALLY instead of a restaurant. The food is where it really stands out. The biryani was like my mom made it..every bite has flavor layered properly, not just heat and ALOO!! The chicken karahi comes sizzling, rich, and perfectly balanced with tomato, ginger, and just enough spice that you keep going back for more even when you’re full. Achaar chicken was amazing! Butter chicken was the bestttttttt And the naan… soft, fresh, the way it should be. What I really appreciated was how nothing felt rushed or generic. Service was like uncle cared and was very sweet!! They were sold out of a lot of stuff but now I know why!! Worth it. You can tell they care about the food more than anything else, and that’s rare these days. Honestly, it’s the kind of place you leave already planning what you’ll order next time. Will always come back!! Wish we had pictures but we have the aftermath..”

“Every time Ive come here Ive seen for myself how fresh and clean the food is! Truly the taste of back home. Definitely recommend their samosas!”

“Tried Mr. Tandoor recently and really liked it. The food tasted authentic and flavorful, not overly spicy but still full of desi taste. Fresh naan, good portions, and everything came out hot. Solid spot if you’re craving traditional desi food. Most importantly the people there are amazing!”

“Really cute place, sweet staff, amazing food. I got the chicken tandoori wrap and the mango lassi and they were both excellent. Will be back”

“It’s a small shop with no frills but the food does all the talking!”

“If you’re craving authentic desi comfort food, this little family-run gem is a must-visit! The flavors are homely, rich, and made with so much love—you can truly taste the difference. But the real star for me? Their coconut cookies. They’re absolutely to die for—freshly baked, perfectly crisp on the outside yet soft inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. You can tell they’re made with care and attention because every bite is pure perfection. It’s rare to find a place that feels this personal and delivers food this good. Highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!”
