“Our office is here and I work remote so it's always nice to get here go on the rooftop and see the city and river. This is like a landmark building and worth a quick visit if you are in the area .”

“Nice view and such great lobby. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby, which is nice and convenient for those coffee lovers that wanna stay caffeinated. The building is supper clean and staff are quite friendly. The view towards the river is pretty nice in all seasons and weathers.”

“Best experience strongly recommend for meetings with the public.”

“Great atmosphere back drop and space for hosting dinner en blanc.”

“Beautiful building but very cold inside. They have to stop to use this air conditioning do high, also for the environment!!!”

“This place is HUGE. Multiple floors and super packed with vendors/products tailored for temporary and permanent office space”

“Huge!!! Love the art Deco details on the elevator doors. Was invited to see a Motorola demo/lab which was very fun! Then got to go on their rooftop deck, though it was raining a bit.”

“I loved going to my 4th Neocon. But it seems to be getting more empty. Most furniture was gone but I did like the bike travel to and from the mart and design days. I feel like more seating could be used in the halls on the higher floors but other than that great place.”
