Had an amazing brunch at Honeybear. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the dishes were beautifully prepared, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The pancakes were especially outstanding, soft, flavorful, and easily some of the best I’ve had. Great service and a perfect spot for a relaxing brunch. Highly recommend it.

“The food was sooooo yummy!!”

The food was sooooo yummy!!! First time here and would highly recommend it!!!! The hot chocolate is delicious and so was the crepe I had!!! It was kinda busy and so it was kinda hard to hear,but overall it was a really good experience! We found a good parking spot near by and didn't have to walk far to get to it! I would recommend getting a reservation because of how busy it was.

It was Monday morning when we decided to go to the Honeybear Cafe. It was very cold outside and they were still crowded. I recommend to make a reservation couple of days before you go. It is so much easier and it’ll take about 5 minutes to get the table ready for you. Keep in mind that their waiting room is pretty small to not existent. Parking can be limited but not impossible to find. Small tables and tables put close together making it hard to get around but it is worth it! The food is great and their portions are humongous! Very tasty food great coffee! Not my everyday breakfast spot but I will definitely come back for the experience!

Omg! Where do I begin??? First, we were greeted with smiles when we walked in. Jennifer was our server and she was amazing. She was very attentive and very friendly. We had the trio French toast flight, bacon, and breakfast potatoes. Everything was delicious!!! Our food came out pretty quick too. We came to Chicago just to eat and that food definitely lived up to the TikTok hype. Please go by there if you can. You will not be disappointed!!!

Some of the best breakfast I’ve had while visiting Chicago. The scrambles and the cookie butter French toast were amazing. It does get packed and I’m glad we made reservations. It can get a little chaotic, but they move very quickly and try to get people in and out. Overall, I would come back.

they were pretty busy, but service time was OK. One group was a bit loud, but honestly I think they were just excited to be there, so I can't hold that against them. Otherwise, the butterscotch toffee french toast was a win for sure, and i could not help but go ahead and violate any new years resolution to skip dessert, fantastic choice. I want to visit again, and again, and again, but I'll need to keep SOME resolutions, right? Tough, but yes I will be back, soon.

Saw this place on TikTok and had to give it a try. 10/10! Reservations are a must if you want a shorter wait. Parking is available on the surrounding streets. When we first sat down, we did feel a bit rushed, but it was all okay! We both got the skillets (Sloppy and Chicken Fried Chicken). It was amazing and full of flavor. The tres leches french toast melted in your mouth. 10000/10 must try. The lattes were super good, a little messy, but sweet. We will have to come back when we visit again!

She explained the menu and offered things that we didn’t even know about. Please go check them out and I hope you get Jennifer. Expect a wait to get in but definitely worth it. A little tight of a space once inside but it's navigatable. Ordered the French toast and each one was just as delicious as the others. Each also come with some kind of whipped cream or cream cheese combo so it's not ice cream if you were wondering. Coming from a picky eater I would definitely try all these. Bacon and gets were soft and delicious as well

“It was my first time in Chicago and my wife and I saw this place on TikTok.”

It was my first time in Chicago and my wife and I saw this place on TikTok. We knew we had to still in after we saw the flight of stuffed French toast. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. I ordered the flight of French toast and a Biscoff iced coffee which was to die for. The service was out of this world. You don’t find many places anymore that go out of their way to be attentive, helpful, and most of all kind. If I find myself back in Chicago I will most definitely be back for more.

“Absolutely amazing.”

Absolutely amazing! Reservations are mandatory, however we got there early and they sat us immediately! Staff was friendly and efficient! Food was great and in large portions. Good spot for up to 6 people, but more than that would be tough without a reservation well in advance.

“When I tell you this place is the ish I mean that.”

When I tell you this place is the ish I mean that. Right from the door the host was on point our waiter was on it. Even from the guy bringing you some good ole coffee. You better be on time when they first open or your going to have a wait and I mean close to an hour. When the food came out I was not expecting this much of an abundance. And the food just looked delicious. It came out hot fresh and ready to eat. Prices are in the middle somewhere depending on what you order. They even let birthday and customers bring in their own wine of their choice for momoses. Now that's something different!!! I will definitely be back here and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great outcome.
