“Simplemente espectacular! Desde que entras te hacen sentir como en casa. Pedimos un cóctel de mariscos y una sopa cruzado, y los dos estaban fuera de este mundo. El cóctel estaba fresquísimo, con mariscos de excelente calidad, perfectamente sazonado y con un sabor que te hace querer pedir otro de inmediato. La sopa cruzado estaba llena de sabor, con un caldo increíblemente bien preparado, abundante carne y pollo, y una sazón casera que te transporta directo a Venezuela. Además de la comida, el servicio fue impecable: atentos, amables y siempre pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. Las porciones son generosas, la calidad de los ingredientes se nota en cada bocado y el ambiente es cálido y familiar. Sin exagerar, es uno de los mejores restaurantes venezolanos que he visitado en Chicago. Si buscas comida auténtica, preparada con amor y con un sabor inolvidable, El Rincón de Fabio es una parada obligatoria. “This is the best Venezuelean food I have had. The empanada crust was perfect, and the stuffing was seasoned just right. If you are a fan of cilantro, definitely try adding the creamy cilantro sauce. They have hot sauce too that is kind of creamy, but be careful a lot goes a long way.”
