As a born and raised Pilsenite I’m so happy there’s a brewery here! The food is great! The outside patio is perfect when you want to enjoy the Chicago summer weather! Definitely recommend! Love it!

Just came for the beer. The Czech stuff they're doing here is quality. Both the Pivo Liso Czech pilsner and the Czart the Owl Tmavé lager were outstanding. The festbier, Jae Mazing, was Jae Stounding.

Absolutely fantastic! The patio is sooo lovely. There are alcoholic slushies that rotate flavors and I have NEVER had a bad one. The cheese curds are also fantastic. Would recommend!!

Alulu Brewery and Pub was stop #6 on my 2025 Chicago Brewery Exploration, and it’s a standout. Very cool place with a creative, relaxed vibe and some great beers to match. The highlight, though? The beer cheese curds—absolutely amazing. Best curds I’ve ever had, hands down. Combine that with a solid tap list and a laid-back atmosphere, and you’ve got a spot that’s well worth carving into your brewery itinerary.

Alulu is so close to home, we’ve made it a point to visit every time we’re in the area and it is always a great time. The staff here remembers us, which is pretty refreshing when it comes to customer service. We’ve tried almost everything in their food and beer menu and I can’t say that we’ve regretted anything 😍 if you’re in Pilsen, this is ago to must!

Chill vibes here; sadly there were no sours on the menu but I tried their hard seltzer instead which was delicious (cranberry/orange). Our server was friendly & said bye to us before she headed out prior to closing out the bill. The food was very tasty! The menu has a nice range of items to choose from; my pizza was yummy. My wife got the baked potato & chili; she said the latter was a bit too spicy for her tho. Pilsen isn’t far from us & we’d happily come by for another visit! Also their music was totally on point 👌🏼

This place is fantastic for drinks! I started with the "Ghostly liso," a Mexican-style lager, followed by the "pivo liso" a Czech-style pale lager. The "Paz pax" was my third choice, but I should have started with it or even picked it second, as it has the same alcohol content as my first choice. Nevertheless, all the drinks were excellent. I will be returning! Thank you! “Carlos” for being social and informative the Valentina sauce for the wings was fire🔥!
