This neighborhood is so lucky to have Wok You Want. Wish we have one in the West Loop. We just passed by this place so we tried it. Ordered fried rice (lunch special) and a Large Mixed Veggie Stir Fry dish and it was so yummy. Fried Rice came with the usual egg roll. So whenever we’re around the area. We’ll definitely come back.

We searched restaurants on Uber Eat and Google and then found this place. We decided to give it a try as there are many good comments for this restaurant. We ordered chicken fried rices, yang chow fried rices, wonton soup, salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper shrimp from this place. Foods are delicious and we all like it. Our favorite were salt and pepper shrimp and chicken. It was bit spicy for kids, but my daughter loved it. So if you are around the area, give this place a try.

Great food at even better prices. The Mongolian beef is everything I desire from a Chinese restaurant. Few places make it like this place. The orange chicken is great — it definitely has strong orange flavoring (not all restaurants do this, but fair warning if you’re not into it) & it is even better as leftovers. I’m excited to try the general tso lunch

“Everything was delicious.”

Everything was delicious. We got the family meal for two. With leftovers. Great portion sizes and value for your dollar. Everything had a delicious flavor. It was amazing. Will be back for sure. There was even more I forgot to get in the picture. The egg rolls were outstanding. Everything was, really.

4/25/24 update: just coming back to say I love this guy and his food. Service is unbeatable. 12/30/23 update: asked the owner what chicken I should try next and he suggested general tao. He was right. It’s so so so good!! Get the urban fries too. Great seasoning. The sesame chicken is EXCELLENT and so was the nice dude working :) I can see why they have such high reviews. Great price for portion as well. Will absolutely be back. Try this place out!!!!

This is the spot you want for your typical Americanized Chinese staples. Food is good, the dude at the cashier (also answers phones) is super nice. You get a ton for what you pay for. See the video below, those are all “small” portions. Order from them directly, as they are a family owned joint and the delivery apps certainly nickel and dime them. Ordered 7 dishes, all were great, but my favorite so far is the salt and pepper shrimp and sweet and sour pork.

I've stopped in 3 times and each visit is better than the next. The lunch box are massive and come with an egg roll. Very generous (and tasty) portions! I had black bean shrimp and then sesame chicken. For the main menu, I had Mongolian beef. Beef was tender. Lots of veggies. Jimmy is efficient and he remembers your name! Feels like visiting an old friend. If you are in the area, I suggest you stop in. Your belly will thank you! See you soon!

“The amount of food you get for the price is perfect.”

The amount of food you get for the price is perfect. The flavors, the aroma. It all instantly hits you when you receive your food. The egg rolls are nice and crispy and the filling is amazing as well. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice (Extra spicy). It is by the best I've ever had. My brother ordered the beef and broccoli dinner special. The beef is nice and tender and very flavorful. I honestly believe this is the best Chicago has to offer. Highly recommend this place. Owners are really nice as well.

“My mom was craving some lo Mein so I decided to google and found this restaurant.”

My mom was craving some lo Mein so I decided to google and found this restaurant. We have never been here but decided to give them a try since they had good reviews. I order General Tso chicken, hubby the Mongolian beef, and mom chicken Lo Mein. Food came out very fast we decided to eat it there since we were very hungry. The restaurant only has 2 tables, each can sit up to 2 people so a no more than 4 can sit inside, it's more for to-go orders. Now going back to the food we ordered, we were blown away with the taste. Everything was EXTREMELY delicious the 3 of us were so impressed with the food as tasty. We would definitely be back here for more food, highly recommended.
