“Bobijoa Korean Kitchen is a great spot to try out if you're in the Pilsen area! This place provides a chill vibe for customers to hang out in. The exposed brick walls and warm lighting enhanced the dining experience in a calming way. The restaurant functions as a semi-serve place. In which you order and pay your food first (similar to fast-food). After, the food gets served to your table like in a traditional restaurant. Water, dining utensils, and napkins can be found at a table near the checkout area to grab at your convenience. The woman who attended our group was very patient and accommodating of our order (especially as first-timers at this place); which was greatly appreciated :) The Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) and Kimchi Fried Rice was amazing! The portions were plenty and the food satisfied our cravings. Overall, this place has a calm dining experience that provides a delicious array of Korean-fusion and traditional food options to try out!”

“Food tasted very authentic. Great portions at great price!! Will definitely eat here again. People should give them a try!!”

“Fried chicken with the sweet and spicy sauce was very good, not too spicy. Kimchi fried rice was also very good, although a lot of rice. Dumplings are good as well. Chill lowkey atmosphere”

“Best Korean restaurant in Chicago!! Delicious and healthy!! 😋”

“The food was amazing and worth the price and the lady was so nice! Whe showed me how to use the ramune drink, and overall, gave off good vibes! She also asked me what kind of music i like and started playing it!!!!! Come as you are by nirvana is playing rn :-) Def recommend!”

“Really small cozy Korean restaurant with street food staples and elevated takes on them.”

“This place was exceptional! We ordered the jjambong and KFC. As a Korean, jjambong is one of my favorite dishes, and this place nailed it. The soup had a perfect combination of flavors with pork and shrimp, and the abundance of veggies made it even better. Plus, the noodles were freshly cooked, adding to the overall experience. The KFC was also fantastic; it tasted just like what we have in Korea! It had a delightful spiciness balanced with a delicious sweet flavor from the gochujang sauce—a flavor reminiscent of my childhood. The atmosphere was very chill, and the restaurant was bustling with people since it's Friday. Everyone was respectful of each other's time and space, enhancing our dining experience. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the ambiance of this place.”
