“A go-to neighborhood bar with a good small menu of tacos, sandwiches, and bowls. Good rotating specials. Great little patio out back for the summertime. Same owners as Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club, so you can expect that high level of quality but with night time food and drinks.”

“My partner and I truly love this place. All of the drinks are incredible (ngl we’ve tried almost all of them at this point), and the food slaps. The specials change out weekly and they’re always the best. The patio is super perfect! For real 10/10 spot. I only wish they had later hours bc I would probably live here!”

“Love this place. So happy it's only a 5 min drive south from us. Wonderful cocktails that are crafted beautifully and balanced. The food is delicious! We brought our sis from out of town and she was so happy! We all enjoyed our dinner! Friendly, great food, great spot! Yay!”

“Great neighborhood spot. The food is so much better than it needs to be. Always be on the lookout for their weekly specials!”

“Really cute neighborhood spot!! Delicious food and even better cocktails!! Quaint backyard patio for a perfect summer dinner.”

“Great food, cocktails, vibes and super friendly staff. Will def be back!”

“Big Hill is one of our favorite places. Delicious food and great drinks. The staff is always friendly and helpful.”

“Their burger is AMAZING but the fries were overdone… I didn’t like the bartender attitude but maybe is having a bad day😂.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this place located on Bryn Mawr between Kedzie and Kimball. The initial impression was that the prices on the menu seemed a bit high given its location. And some dishes like hummus plate, which consisted of cut up carrots and cucumber with pita bread and a large spoonful of hummus, was not worthwhile at $14. Same goes for a bowl of Irish cabbage soup for $10. Having said, other items like chicken wings and burgers were quite delicious and were worth paying little more for them. While their great beer selection and wonderful cocktails, and many will go here because the options are limited in the area, the price point is little too high for what they offer.”
“Best burgers (flat top is my favorite!!) and Elotes are delicious!!”
