The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately sets the tone for a great experience. The food is delicious, the coffee is solid, and the overall vibe is just perfectly chill. Cozy Spot with Amazing Coffee and Friendly atmosphere! I visited The Sweet&Salt Cafe for the first time and was immediately charmed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. With my husband we ordered Americano and Cappuccino and it was one of the best coffees we've had in a long time—perfectly brewed and with a rich, smooth flavor. Avocado toast was delicious 🤤!!! The flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service!!! I appreciate that the staff was able to make recommendations from the menu! However, the quality of the coffee and baked goods, combined with the welcoming vibe, makes it a place I'll definitely be returning to. It's a great spot for a relaxed morning or a quick, high-quality coffee break.

First off the food is here is absolutely fabulous. I’ve had the cinnamon roll and the croissant and both are special in their own unique ways. The service is also great. I left my latte on the table while I went to go wash my hands and someone threw it away, they remade it immediately! I will be back

Cute cafe up in Lincoln Park. All the pastries looks amazing. Ended up trying the blueberry bun which was good and not overly sweet. the mango matcha wasn’t my favorite, but the tiramisu latte i would definitely come back for

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 out of 5 stars🔥 Absolutely amazing place with very fresh and incredibly delicious desserts—especially the Snickers cheesecake (perfectly balanced sweetness) and the cinnamon roll with cream cheese on top, so plump and tender. Both are at the top of my chart! A big thank you to barista Anastasia, who, with true passion for her work, explained the cooking process in such detail and gave personalized recommendations based on our tastes and preferences. Thanks to her, we discovered desserts that we really loved and that quickly became our favorites.

Everything was unbelievably fresh and bursting with flavor. The brioche was soft and buttery, the salmon perfectly balanced with creamy avocado, and the honey cake was rich yet light. You can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. A must-visit spot for anyone in Chicago!

Stumbled upon this place in a pocket of free time and it was like a lovely breath of fresh air. The space is sunny and bright with plenty of seating and thoughtfully designed down to the wall paper in the bathroom. Lovely service and my peach danish was delicious. Would come back here again.
