So my brother in law to my 91yo mom, myself and my 2 sisters out for brunch and it was delicious! He ordered Chicken and waffles, one sister ordered chicken and pancakes, mom ordered eggs, hash browns and catfish, my other sister ordered shrimp and grits with biscuits and I had the wing meal with scrambled eggs with pepper jack cheese and grits with cheddar cheese and wheat toast and coffee with hazelnut cream. EVERYTHING I ORDERED was perfection? Everyone completely and thoroughly enjoyed their food. Our server TANGIE was absolutely the best! She was attentive, accommodating and her recommendations were spot on…those chicken wings are REPEAT worthy. They were seasoned to perfection, crispy, crunchy, juicy and they looked so good they were almost too beautiful to eat…but of course we annihilated them! Actually we all had left overs, plenty! A special shout out to Brian who helped bring the food out. A very nice fella and ALL the staff from entry to exit were professional and personable. I highly recommend this spot on the south side of Chicago.

“Daley’s is a great diner with an extensive menu.”

Daley’s is a great diner with an extensive menu. I settled on trying the tuna melt and my friend tried the fried wings. The tuna melt was great and the dill in the tuna salad added a good herbal note. The fries were also done well. The chicken wings were done well, although my friend said they could have been more heavily seasoned. Both meals were a good deal for the price in my opinion. The staff was professional and the interior was comfortable and clean.

This was an essential stop! A must-eat on our trip to Chicago! The biscuits and gravy were delicious and the bacon was perfectly crispy. Huge portions! Excellent service! Beautiful restaurant! Definitely planning to come back on our next trip!

“First, I want to start off by saying that my family and I have been eating from Daley's since I was 7.”

First, I want to start off by saying that my family and I have been eating from Daley's since I was 7. They used to be right across the street on 63rd right next to the beauty supply store, which used to be a clothing store. It was a small place, but the atmosphere was homely. We never had a problem with our food or service. On this day, I took my mom out for breakfast. I decided to get a cornedbeef skillet with hash browns and scrambled eggs with a side of 2 biscuits and a side of sausage gravy. My mom got 2 salmon patties with grits scrambled eggs and 2 biscuits. When I tell you that food was what I needed to start my day off right, it was! This plays has always been my favorite and the new set up is more spacious and bright. Also when you go don't forget to tip your waiters.

I love this place. Daley's makes you feel at home, the service is great, and the food is even better. I will be returning. 🤗 😋❤. My sister had the spicy Denver skillet with added spinach and toast. I had the butteryz pancakes, pork sausage, and perfectly cooked hashbrowns. This place never disappoints
