Rice & Noodles — thai in Pilsen. The cooking is rooted in real tradition. Hospitality you can feel from the door. Priced right, good for vegetarians. "Pad Thai had that perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the rangoons were crispy with a creamy filling" — Rcpanget Obenita

“Excellent Thai food tucked away in the Pilsen area.”
Excellent Thai food tucked away in the Pilsen area. Vast options including duck and Thai spicy as an option. Huge selection of teas and horchatas. Service is outstanding! Highly recommend pad Thai noodles with duck.

“I ordered the Butterfly Rolls and Shrimp Pad Thai.”
I ordered the Butterfly Rolls and Shrimp Pad Thai. The Butterfly Rolls were bursting with a variety of fresh vegetables. The rolls come with a sauce on the side that helps add flavor. Overall, a good choice of you're focused on health and nutrients, if somewhat bland. The real star of the show is the Shrimp Pad Thai. Other reviews said the portions sizes are generous and they are correct. You will definitely have leftovers. Such great value for your money! Plus, the Pad Thai is bursting with flavor. I ordered takeout but as you can see from my pictures, I only made it to the car before I began eating. Will definitely be back when I'm in the mood for some good Pad Thai.

“This is MY FAVORITE spot in Pilsen.”
This is MY FAVORITE spot in Pilsen. I order from Rice & Noodles every Friday after work because their Thai spicy tofu panang curry is 😙🤌 ::: chef's kiss::: I love spicy food. The curry is super spicy and also has that coconut milk sweetness to it. They get it right every time. The Pad see ew is equally delicious as is the lad nar! The tofu skewers with the peanut sauce are amazing. I love that they have plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. The food is ALWAYS piping hot and the ingredients are fresh. My compliments to the cooks because they are back in that kitchen making the most delicious Thai food I've tried in the city. I hope that this restaurant is in business for a long time because I will honestly never tire of their panang curry and pad see ew.

“This place is without a doubt one of my new favorite spots on pilsen.”
This place is without a doubt one of my new favorite spots on pilsen. The food is absolutely delicious, every single item I have eaten from this place has blown me away. The service is amazing both when you dine in and when you order for pick up/delivery. The staff is attentive, nice and super friendly. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, super relaxing for coming and having lunch any day of the week. Lastly the value in the place is INSANE. I got two orders of chicken pad Thai last time I ordered food here and it lasted me for almost three days! Mind you I don't eat huge portion sizes but the fact that you get so much delicious food at a good price cannot be beat. This place is a must for anyone living in the area, A+!

“Ok, this place is just delicious yummy food.”
Ok, this place is just delicious yummy food. I have to laugh at the comparison to panda express. Ok, this is only slightly more fancy presentation than panda, which is fine, but the food is definitely on a different level. We only tried 3 things, pad Thai with BBQ pork, spicy fried rice, and rainbow spring roll. Each were amazing but the fried rice stood out a little to both of us as being so much flavor. Great small sit down environment with fun chill music. Kind staff. I will be back!

“I discovered Rice & Noodles while hanging out in the area.”
I discovered Rice & Noodles while hanging out in the area. The restaurant offers Weekday Lunch Specials for $12.01. I tried the Spicy Seafood and Cucumber Salad. The meal comes with a side of rice. I tasted every ingredient listed in the description: shrimp, baby corn, scallops, carrots, crab sticks, and squid. I enjoyed the spice. The rice cooker delivers perfectly cooked rice, and I tasted bite-size cucumber throughout my salad. The sweet & sour dressing was delicious. Add Rice & Noodles to your list of great takeout restaurants. Seating is also available if you want to dine in. Street parking is available. Keep in mind the restaurant is near a high school.

“Highly recommend this small local restaurant!”
Highly recommend this small local restaurant!! Authentic dishes that were absolutely delectable 😋 For appetizers you can’t go wrong with fresh rolls: Rainbow Roll 10/10- crunchy fresh, bright dipping sauce. Butterfly Roll 8/10- Classic dipping sauce, I think the roll would be more cohesive with more fresh herbs/lettuce and cooled cooked shrimp instead of fried. The entrées are stars in their menu: Tom Yum Noodles 9/10- packing punch and tons of flavor, the right amount of noodles and shrimp, even the mushrooms were bursting with flavor. It might be intense for someone who has never tried Thai food! Pad Ki Mao 10/10- Ordered with beef, which was tender and savory to compliment this decadent noodle dish. Noodles were perfect and mixed with a good amount of veggies and earthy basil. OVERALL: This is a 12/10 place!! Service is also counter only and quick/friendly.

“Place is solid 4 stars.”
Place is solid 4 stars. Good food, nothing Amazing. Green curry felt watery. Noodles were good. Won’t go out of my way to eat here and definitely not the best Thai in the city.

“My first time there.”
My first time there. A small, no frills restaurant. The people at the front of the restaurant were very attentive. The food was tasty and you can choose your spice level. Portions are nice. We had the pad kee mow, chicken noodle soup, rainbow rolls and shumai, all delicious. I failed to take photos of our entrees because we chowed down.
