The food (lobster roll), customer service, and environment is a 10/10!! This is my 3rd time coming to brown bag seafood and each time it amazes me how kind each worker is. The short conversations, the free candy, and the great playlist they have is truly welcoming. Love love love!

A very nice, small seafood restaurant with a great atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly service. The salmon melted in your mouth and was seasoned perfectly. The tuna was unexpectedly cold, but had a very good flavor. I got the tuna with greens&grains. Next time, I will get the veggiebox and skip the grains, that mixture of brussel sprouts, broccoli, green beans, and lettuce was fantastic. The servers were friendly and pleasant. A definite do-over!

I really enjoyed my dinner here! I wanted something tasty and healthy and this really hit the spot! I had the Greens and Grains with the Cod. The cod was seasoned and cooked perfectly (flaky on the inside and crunchy on the outside) and i was pleasantly surprised that the greens and grains were also delicious and seasoned well. A couple lemon squeezes really brought the dish all together! I’m honestly thinking about coming back tomorrow since it was such a good, healthy, and filling meal!

“I've been going to different Brown Bag since they opened, but today I went for the one-day only...”

I've been going to different Brown Bag since they opened, but today I went for the one-day only special of a whole fried Branzino with Vietnamese-style accompaniments. I watched the recent Chopped episode where the owner+chef made it to take home the championship, and the dish lived up to the hype; the staff at the Lincoln Park location said it was their first attempt at it, too! I enjoy whole fish a lot, fried or otherwise. This was among the best iterations I've had. It's beautiful and tasted like it. As you can see from the photos, I "took it to the dome" without any issues. I don't really have much else to say about it. Condolences if you missed out, IYKYK otherwise.

Terreon, Adrianna, and Kamilah were awesome! Professional, courteous, and super friendly! Our meals were cooked to perfection! Terreon overheard my son stealing my oyster crackers for my New England clam chowder and brought more! Brown Bag seafood company is one of our favorite places to eat and the employees at this Lincoln Park location made our visit really special! I was craving salmon and decided to try Brown Bag rather than go to the grocery store and make it myself. Salmon salad was so delicious!! Filling, fresh, great portion size. Looking forward to trying other menu items. Classic tots with tartar sauce were good too.
