We had our small, intimate wedding at Pars Cove, and it couldn’t have been more perfect!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ My husband and I first came here on one of our early dates, and Max the owner made us feel like family right away. So when it was time to choose a venue, Pars Cove was the obvious choice. The food is absolutely phenomenal, some of the best cuisine in all of Chicago. Max worked with us in advance to thoughtfully plan the menu, and the team even created special mocktails for us. They were incredibly flexible with every request and helped the entire day run beautifully. They let us set up early, adjust the seating arrangement however we wanted, throw flower petals, and bring in an outside cake. We even brought watermelons, and they cut everything up for us so nicely. Max handed our roses to everyone at the end of the night. It was incredibly touching ❤️ One of our favorite touches was the special tea service we had specifically requested, they made it feel so authentic and special, complete with candy sugar for a truly Persian experience. Max’s staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely so kind all night. They took such great care of us, and we truly can’t imagine celebrating anywhere else. We were introduced to the event/banquet coordinator Christina the night of and she was so thoughtful, easy to work with and incredibly quick to meet our requests and was super detail-oriented. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the service and the truly one of a kind atmosphere ❤️ At the end of the night, they cleared the space and let us use their sound system, so we danced under the skylight, such a magical moment. Max is one of those rare people who is uniquely warm and welcoming. He treated us like his own kids, as if he’d known us for years, and the whole night felt personal in the best way. We barely needed décor because the restaurant itself is stunning. They provided flowers and candles, handled cleanup after we left, and put so much care into every detail. Everything was professional, seamless, and communicated clearly throughout. As an event planner who’s worked with many venues before, Pars Cove is truly a magical space that stands out for its personable approach. We’re SO GRATEFUL to Pars Cove for giving us the most romantic, intimate celebration. If you’re looking for a truly special place to host an event in Chicago, this is it!!!!!!

This is a cozy, intimate restaurant that radiates warmth and charm. The atmosphere is inviting and makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The food is solid — while it may not be groundbreaking, the dishes are well-prepared, satisfying, and reflect care in their preparation. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. Both the owner and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every guest’s needs. They create a genuine, personal experience that makes you want to return again and again. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual meal or looking for a relaxed spot to spend an evening, this restaurant delivers a memorable experience thanks to its warm vibe, decent food, and outstanding hospitality.

The food at Pars Cove was absolutely delicious! From the rich, creamy baba ganoush to the perfectly buttered saffron rice, tender kabob, and flavorful joojeh kabob—every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Aside from the buttered saffron rice, the romantic ambiance—reminiscent of Persian poetry—and the perfect selection of nostalgic Iranian music made the experience even more special. If you’re in the Lincoln Park or Lakeview area and love Mediterranean or Middle Eastern food, don’t miss out on this unforgettable spot!

We stopped by Pars Cove on a Thursday at 5pm, and the place was completely empty. I'm not sure why, though, because service was good and the food was great. We got the Persian Platter (lamb shank and chicken) dinner for two, which came with an appetizer platter, salad, and desert. The price was very reasonable, and the portions were generous. Overall, we had a really good experience.
