“I love this place.”

I love this place! I moved to Chicago almost 9 years ago. Before I moved here, I visited a couple of times, and during one of those visits, I ate here, and I always come back to eat. The food is amazing, they have great prices and their portions are incredible. I always struggle to eat it all because it's a lot. Being this good, I always try to eat all of it. Awesome spot with great food!

Was completely worth the 30 min travel from downtown Chicago. The chicken shawarma in pita bread and the veggie combo plate were fantastic!! Very tasty and fresh!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Yummmmm! This is my go to spot for Shawarma and Gyros! Everytime I go here they pack my plate with very tender, juicy, flavorful meat! I recommend the Shawarma Garden 4 Mixed Grilll and add gyro meat. Your tastebuds and your stomach will thank you. It comes with Beef Kabob, Kifta Kabob, Chicken Kabob, and Chicken Shawarma. It is the best way to try all of their delicious meats. The seasoning is so spot on and takes you for a flavor ride that you never want to end. I would say the Chicken Shwarma is my favorite, but that's by the smallest margin bc they are all great. Believe me, if you are looking for a quick casual Greek Spot with with Awesome Authentic spices and flavors, Shawarma Garden is where you wanna be.

“The food here is delicious!”

The food here is delicious!! The prices are very reasonable for the portion you get. I particularly like chicken shawarma. Chicken here is very good. When you eat in you get a salad, hummus, and pita bread for free! I definitely recommend eating in because their pita bread and hummus are so flavorful and tasty. The owners are nice. When they're super busy, they're not as friendly, but that's understandable.

I picked up the chicken kabob wrap. I wanted something light and it definitely hit the spot. It just needs more meat. The hummus was delicious with the warm pita bread.

Despite the strong smell of burnt fat drippings in the eating space, the taste and texture of the beef and lamb shawarma itself w re very pleasant. It had a nice aroma and light taste while retaining juiciness and tenderness in the meat with every bite. The rice was very soft, complimenting the quality of the shawarma offerings. I would have preferred a spicy option with hot sauce, but other than that, I would only recommend this place for take-out given the conditions of the eating space.

The service was fast, but the place could have definitely been cleaner... The floors were slippery and the napkin holders which dispense the napkins were dirty and one of them had some food on it... The coke machine didn't work...The ketchup bottles on the table were empty...In addition, when I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could mix two meats together in a sandwich, which I have done at many places before that serve Mediterranean food, he said no that it would be too difficult??? Not that difficult...Would I go again??? No...

Super friendly staff and meals are always consistent and delicious. With how many corporate feeling businesses are in the area it’s nice to have a people-oriented, no frills, tasty spot to have. Highly recommend!!!
