“Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, great food, big portions. I got the monarca mix and it was one of the better combination dishes I’ve had in any Mexican restaurant. The nopales were excellent and the chile rellano were perfect. As was the carne asada and the four salsas served with the dinner. This place is a gem.”

“Very tasty - had three tacos (pollo, asada, lengua), they were very filling and good flavor. Several salsas to try too.”

“La coma es muy rica, las personas amables y un muy buen ambiente, aparte de que sus precios son justos y accesibles, 100% recomendados”

“The mexican food here is authentic and fresh! I was surprised with how delicious the torta and tacos tasted. The kitchen and dining area is very clean. I would highly recommend!!”

“Delia is the supreme hostess! We had a great carryout meal & we’ll be back! Don’t skip on the horchata!”

“Cheese Enchiladas Rice & Beans Delicious. Great Service on my visit.”

“Excelente lugar, tranquilo y rica comida , es mi lugar favorito para comer comida mexicana”

“Hello. My first time at this restaurant. Very happy to see an affordable daily Special for just $10.75. Generous portion! Great tastes! Thumbs up! Ps...I forgot my free soda. Great meal special.”

“Looking to the reviews I found some negative feedback, well, from my side I can say... I was lucky that I got there before rush hour, I had a burrito, it was yummy, delicious. I don't leave positive comments if a place don't deserve, at this place I found the freshness, flavor and great service. Athmosphere was authentic Mexican, as soon as you are inside, you feel in a small mexican town restaurant, clean and great ambient. the same is the food, tasty, delicious. Also, I had to try one alpastor taco, belive me, it was the signature to come back again.”

“Well on this Father's day just to ride my motorcycle to the south side it was a tough choice since I left late instead of writing early on my motor cycle on either driving all the way to the northwest suburbs for Korean food or Mexican? I also wanted to go to the south side or the South side suburbs and just passing along in my Harley saw this place and decided to give it a try on North avenue. So far it was very good but not the best. I started off with a fresh carrot juice versus your usual sweet freshly squeezed fruit juice this one was very fresh and tasty. As with any Mexican restaurant they always give you complimentary chips similar to how Koreans give you kimchi. Which I was munching on I went for the fajitas de Res or beef fajitas. They were delicious however I felt they put too much sliced tomato which gave it a watery sauce. The tortillas which was corn tortillas was also fresh and delicious with the dinner that I treated for lunch to eat in order. The mole and the salads and the slice avocado was fresh next to the rice. Four out of five stars because of the fact that when they cook and cast iron the steak fajita that they've added a lot of cooked tomato which caused the tomatoes to water down since it's piping hot. Prices were actually pretty reasonable I would probably come back here again if I'm passing by to North avenue before Humboldt Park.”
