“This Pizzeria in Albany Park is a must try. This brought me back to my childhood when all I looked forward to was Friday Family Pizza Night. I ordered a cheese & sausage pizza. Immediately you get that cracker crunch followed by the amazing cheese pull !!!! The sausage is perfect blend of flavors, I can tell the sauce is homemade and it brings everything together. If you know you know my peeps, I had to grab an RC !!! …. Aweee My Gawdddd is all I can say. Check this place out, George and his staff are amazing people and will treat you like Family.”

We ordered their weekday special, A large one topping pizza, 8 large wings (we got Chicago mild sauce flavor) & a 1 liter of pop. Everything was delicious, flavorful & fresh. “5 stars all the way. From Customer Service to the most amazing tavern style extra thin crust cheese and sausage pizza I've ever had in such a long time. I grew up with John's Pizza on Western and since they closed I have not found anything close to it. I've tried other recommendations and was always disappointed. Bellona uses high quality cheese and sausage. They did not disappoint! Definitely a must try. The owner Jorge made a small al pastor pizza for me to try. I was pleasantly surprised on how delicious it was. First time trying it and will order it again. My family tried it and truly enjoyed it. Try it when it's hot fresh out of the oven. Delicious!!! ADD ON REVIEW: I taste tested their chili and guess what it did not disappoint at all. I can see before hand how meaty and with the peppers and onions it had, I knew it was going to be so tasty and delicious. There was also no grease in it. Some places make it and has alot of grease. This was amazing. I had to buy some to go. I even ordered hot wings. I know without a doubt I was going to enjoy it. The cooks are so professional and really take care on how they prep your food. The front staff are so helpful and funny. Please take a risk if you haven't tried out Bellona's. This is a gem in this neighborhood. I live in the burbs and go out of my way to pick up my meals here. 💞💞”
“This pizza place is a hidden gem. Overall the years, I thought it was closed or abandoned, but im glad it's still open to try it out. I ordered xl sausage thin crust pizza and waffle fries. They said it will take 30-35 minutes, so it wasnt a problem. Got there 4p minutes later and had to wait a bit longer, but the wait was worth it. The pizza was so delicious and hot and had a great taste on every bite, same with the waffle fries. However, im concerned that the fries portion came in a few for around $4.16, which could be improved for satisfaction because it's not usually take little when ordering from restaurants. Otherwise, this place is great to place high quality pizza orders along with appetizers like wings, pasta, subs, and more! They accept cash & orders by phone”
“The stuffed and thin pizza is very flavorful and absolutely delicious . Today however I had there raviolis in a meat sauce baked in cheese. Super yummy. The cheese bread was very tasty. I also tried there chili which was so good. I have to come back and try other dishes. I highly recommend for there quick service and the staff is super friendly.”

“First time customer after reading a recent review on IG. The pizza was delicious. True "tavern" style crispy thin crust. Tasty toppings. We had the Chicago classic and it was spot on. Great prices. Will definitely be back!”
“So I’m a pizza snob and am often skeptical of places that “haven’t been written up”, especially in our city—there is a lot of pizza and while it’s hard to make a “bad” pizza, much of it is just “pretty good”. My daughter found this place on the Slice app and was fawning all over the photo of the deep dish. I was wary, but we tried it and… holy cow is it fantastic! Rich, buttery crust, super herbal sauce with very bright tomatoes, and even though it is a serious stuffed pizza… I did not feel like there was a brick in my stomach after eating it! This is a bit of a hidden gem. But I think it may well be the best representation of a Chicago stuffed pizza I’ve ever had. We will be back!!”
