The food was delicious and authentic, the prices were very reasonable, and the service was professional and attentive. We really enjoyed supporting our Kyrgyz brothers’ restaurant. I came here accidentally early this week and again today. So great group members with home taste food especially their Shorba and Shishlik is the best ever. Their Chai and Naan reminds me of Afghanistan and Central Asia. Will definitely come back again and again.

We ordered this food during Thanksgiving, so we had people waiting for this food... It arrived 40 minutes late.. So that's really bad, however, the food was really well made [we ordered variety of meats platter for a large group]. Meat was well seasoned and wonderfully prepared! We made some modifications and they did the best they could. Would definitely recommend, but not for the food to be delivered, based on the delay. The food itself was really well made. The other food that we got [meat platter, salads, grilled veggies] was really good, so we do highly recommend this place! Note: if you order Pumpkin samsa, there will NOT be a lot of pumpkin, maybe only 15% + the rest will be potatoes. We were expecting to get 90% pumpkin +10% onions [they include onions in the chicken and beef samsa]

The Hoshan has a perfectly fluffy pastry just Loaded with Beef and Onions. And the Mastava, so hearty, rich and warm, I would climb into the bowl if I could. The happiness this food brought me, is a high I will be chasing for days.

The hall was cozy, clean, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. I just had kurdak and lagman at a Kyrgyz restaurant here in Chicago — and as a Turkish foodie, all I can say is: wow, just wow! I’m beyond impressed. The taste, the tenderness, the authenticity — everything was perfect. Having access to such delicious traditional food right near the heart of Chicago is truly priceless. A big thank you to the owner for bringing these amazing dishes to the city. I’ll definitely be inviting my friends to come support this wonderful local business and experience the flavors for themselves!
