“My fiancé and I had an absolutely wonderful brunch at Chicago Waffles, and our server Brandon P made the experience truly special. He was upbeat, warm, and attentive from the moment we sat down, the kind of server who genuinely elevates a meal. When we asked about honey mustard for our chicken strips, it wasn’t even on the menu, but Brandon went out of his way to make it happen for us. That’s next-level service. The food was outstanding across the board. The French Toast Flight was a showstopper, thick, custardy slices piled with strawberries, blueberries, caramelized bananas, and cream. The Dubai Chocolate French Toast was decadent and beautifully plated with chocolate drizzle, fresh strawberries, and crispy kataifi. The fried chicken strips were golden and crispy (even better with that honey mustard!), the cheesy scrambled eggs were fluffy and perfectly cooked, and even the simple bagel with cream cheese hit the spot. The Irish Coffee and Cafe Martini were the perfect brunch cocktails to round it all out. The atmosphere deserves a shoutout too! The space is bright and cheerful with coral walls, playful takes on classic artwork (the dog version of American Gothic is a delight), greenery along the bar, and the cutest neon waffle mascot sign. It’s fun without trying too hard, and the whole place feels welcoming. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Brandon, for making our visit so memorable!”

Great food, great vibes, and an overall wonderful experience. Would love to visit again and highly recommend this spot for breakfast! ☕️💕”
