Brü Chicago — clean, consistent brunch & breakfast in Wicker Park. Order the Crepes. Polished but not pretentious. "The coffee was equally incredible, the kind that makes you wish it were your local everyday spot" — Breanna Koenigsfeld

The prices are high, the crepe was good, the bathroom was terrible (it was dirty & wet, no toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, or a door knob), the wifi was terrible - unless you're seated in the front of the cafe.
Not trying to call anyone out specifically But did notice one of the workers coughing in to their hands and not washing them right after.

“The place is deceptively big as well, past the front there is an entire room with additional seating and plugs for laptops”
Yesterday was my second negative experience at this coffee shop.

Amazing! Came here on a first date. It’s been a while since I tried a new spot and was wowed all the way around. Chai tea latte was PERFECT, our crepes were to die for, the prices were reasonable, and the space was spacious, but also comfy and cozy. Love! And seemed queer friendly, which is why I picked it ☺️🏳️🌈 Going to try out the Loop location with my mom and aunt tomorrow 💕

“Brü Chicago is one of those coffee spots that instantly makes you feel comfortable and welcome.”
Brü Chicago is one of those coffee spots that instantly makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The staff is warm, friendly, and happy to make recommendations, which adds to the charm of the place. The vibe here is unique — a mix of cozy elegance and artistic touches, with vintage furniture and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for reading, working, or just enjoying a slow afternoon. I tried their fresh fruit crepe and an iced drink, and both were excellent — the crepe was filled with perfectly ripe berries and wrapped in a light, delicate shell, while the drink was refreshing and well-balanced. They clearly take pride in both their coffee and their food. It’s a place that invites you to linger, whether you’re catching up with friends or enjoying some quiet time to yourself. Definitely a must-visit in the area!

“Love the food, staff, and atmosphere.”
Love the food, staff, and atmosphere. Stumbled on Bru on a visit to Wicker Park this summer and come back any time we are around again. The crepes are amazing - so tasty and just the right flavor in each bite. And the orange cappuccino is to die for! Comfortable workspace, too. Highly recommend!

“The crepes and tea were great.”
The crepes and tea were great. Good customer service. Would definitely go back. The only issue would be at that time the bathroom wasn't very clean. I am sure this happens sometimes but it is important to stay on top of things like that. However the crepes were light, just the right amount of sweet and very tasty.

“A nice café with a quirky design kind of like old style with parasol and old books.”
A nice café with a quirky design kind of like old style with parasol and old books. It was really cool. The crêpe was so delicious. I would definitely get the chicken teriyaki again! Almost all their options are gluten-free too so that’s a plus can you space to chill but also great to walk around because they’re plenty stores nearby.

“Great remote work and studying location with a ton of seating.”
Great remote work and studying location with a ton of seating. Really great decor and overall atmosphere. Menu is unique too with a whole set of rice based crepes served as wraps. They almost look like waffle cones and with the number on offer there's likely to be a flavor that interests you. The place is deceptively big as well, past the front there is an entire room with additional seating and plugs for laptops. Good cozy spot if you're looking for a place to sit down with a book or laptop.
