“We had a fantastic time watching the FIFA final at Cooper’s Hawk! The whole team made the experience feel special. Emily took great care of us — attentive and knowledgeable from start to finish. Brian kept great company when the girls stepped away and made sure my water glass was never less than half full. Near the end of the match, Maddie joined in and was so sweet, even introducing me to a new wine I loved. To top it off, Jessica the Manager stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed — we felt like total VIPs! Highly recommend this spot for watching a big game in style.”

“Started with the Crispy Short Rib Arancini. The meat was tender and the sauce was creamy and bright against the richness. It paired perfectly with a vinho verde. My wife had the Butternut Squash Gnocchi (perfectly cooked and sauced) with the CH Lux White Meritage and I had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken (actually crusted with Parmesan) with the CH Lux Chardonnay. All excellent. Fantastic service from Lizet R (per receipt).”
“We had such a great experience at Cooper's Hawk! Manager Jessica & Ryan, our server Lucas, and bartenders Jan & Maddy, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. They made us feel genuinely valued and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing, and the drinks were just as delicious. Everything came out perfectly, and the service made the entire experience even better. Huge thank you to everyone for going above and beyond—we'll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!”

“My boyfriend took me here for Valentine’s Day for our first time the atmosphere was super nice! They can work a little in the bathrooms as it was very messy but overall great atmosphere. It was very busy which is understandable but the front desk people had a nasty attitude. Particularly this person that had a haircut with shaved hearts on their head. They were rude when I simply asked to be seated in a booth they automatically gave attitude stating they can only do so much like as if I was forcing or giving a demand it was a simple ask. Then I came across them in the bathroom and they were so annoyed that the bathroom was a mess they were huffing and puffing &’ blocking the door because they were too busy trying to clean the floors which I get but have some consideration of the guest that are trying to leave . Then another front desk person sat us down and basically threw our menus on the table with no apologies! Overall they looked/acted super miserable and was taking it out on us guest which I thought was unacceptable. I’m proud of myself that I didn’t blow up on them but If it wasn’t for our waitress Anna we would have gave a lower review! Anna saved the day she was super attentive, super helpful since it was our first time she recommended some things that we ended up trying and it ended up being great choices ! Super sweet girl! If you happen to go there ask for Anna she’s awesome! As far as the food it was pretty delicious only thing we can complain about was the vegetables it was kind of hard we were hoping the vegetables were nice and steamed properly to go well with the rest of the dish not sure if it was because they were in a rush but still overall great experience except for the front desk people you guys need to work more better when under pressure! If our waitress Anna could do it so well there’s no excuses!!”

“Jessica L. Manager and Sarah H. Waitress Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!! Amazing!!!!! Myself and wife were on a date night Saturday. We ordered our food and drinks. Everything was going great. When my food came out it truly was not what I was expecting. The crusted pork chops were not cooked right. Someone cut them in half and over cooked them to a point of very tough and dry. When Sarah our waitress came to the table and checked on us she saw how I was looking at this dish and she saw the dish was not right. I asked for the manager. Sarah and the manager came over at my request. Jessica L. Manager immediately took my plate back to the kitchen and apologized about how it was prepared and delivered. She assured me this was being solved. I truly was very polite and was willing to just let it be. Jessica went above and beyond, along with Sarah and the chef to remake my plate and deliver the most amazing crusted pork chops I remember. Jessica thank you for making mine and my wife date night a great one you and your staff saved our date night. Truly appreciate you all. And Coopers Hawk should know Jessica L and Sarah H and the chef that cooked my second plate should be recognized. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!”
